According to the strains breeding requirements of Shandong industrial fermentation enterprises, we established an industrial microbial strains breeding and screening platform for the directive selection through the target product of enterprises strains by mutagenesis, protoplast fusion and gene engineering techniques. Meanwhile, we optimized the selected strains by experimental designing of fermentation parameters and fermentation condition, and established fermentation technology based on automatic detection and control technology, providing technical support for the transformation and upgrading of industrial fermentation and development of new industries in Shandong province.
